After the Illustration Glamour period of the 1980's, with series of full pages of fashion illustrations, in magazines like Vanity, Vogue, Mode en Peinture etc. illustration turned back to a text page decoration. The end of an era. Here some illustrations of the late eighties/beginning ninetees.
